Today, some students have several health problems. Some don’t have enough time to sleep. Some don’t have a healthy diet and often eat junk food. Some are crazy with computer games or play with mobile phones too often. A lot of students are too busy to do sports. They always have too much homework to do.

What should we do to keep healthy? Firstly, I think we need about eight hours’ sleep every day. Secondly, we should learn to relax. We can do sports every day, such as running and playing ball games. Thirdly, we should eat more vegetables, fruits and less fast food or junk food. Also, we are supposed to pay more attention to our study and stay away from computer games or our smart phones.

If we can develop healthy habits, we will be healthier and happier.
