I was surprised that there were so many kinds of garlic foods. The festival was full of surprises. Some even said there were kangaroos and crocodiles(袋鼠和鳄鱼), too. But I don't think it was true. The wonderful garlic flavor makes the Gilroy Garlic Festival a special part of summertime.
