    Grown-ups are always telling kids what to do．Do you listen to them? Usually, they know what is best for you, but sometimes can be wrong．So, China has a special law to keep people under 18 safe．It is called the Underage Protection Law(《未成年人保护法》)．

    Teachers can punish(惩罚)students, but they can not just do anything they like．If a   teacher tries to get you out of class, you can go to the headmaster and tell him you have the right to stay in class．

    School buildings and playgrounds must also be safe for children．If the things you use in P．E．class are unsafe, the school must fix them or get new ones, according to the Underage Protection Law．

    Do you know anyone who can’t go to school because their parents aren’t willing to pay for it? This is also against the law, which says parents must pay for their kids’ education．

    Kids have a right to privacy(隐私)under the law, which says parents and teachers can’t read children’s own letters．

    The law also protects children’s health．It says there should be no smoking in schools and   other places where many teenagers go．

    Children arc children after all, and most of them speak their mind. When they are just toddlers(幼儿), they are all lovely and lively. And it's so interesting to watch them speak like a grown-up. But as they grow, these same kids seem annoying and ill-mannered if they try to be a grown-up.

Only when they reach a certain maturity will the children realize that answering back and being rude are not acceptable(可接受的).Until then, most of the time their behavior is difficult to change, unless by force(暴力）.And use of force is against the every good idea, as it weakens the child's confidence.
    So it is one thing to bring a child into this world but quite another to make them into well mannered citizens. The best way is to be a good example ourselves, as our children are the mirrors of us adults.

He created a foundation (基金会) to provide poor children with not only soccer balls but also a bright future.

    Next time you play your favorite game or sport, think about why you enjoy it, what skills are needed, and whether these skills will help you in other parts of your life.
