Travelling around Zhangjiajie is not easy work. Sometimes you have to walk at least 15 kilometres a day.

Remember not to push(施加压力)yourself too much just because you want to see many places. If you do, your legs and feet may not work well. They'll become swollen(肿的).

Swelling(肿胀)does make you feel bad and it stops you going further from time to time.

If you're still on the way, always remember to take a rest now and then. Stretch your legs and rub(摩擦)them with your hands.

When you've finished walking for the day, remember to put your feet in some hot water for a while. This helps the blood(血液)travel back to your heart quickly.

Then enjoy a good sleep. The next day you can set out with light legs again!
