    A popular saying in the UK is “Manners make the man.” In Britain, even today, people are judged by their table manners, especially when eating out. Here’re some things to remember.

    Things you should do:

    ★If you are at a dinner party, wait until your host starting eating.

    ★Chew and swallow(咽）all the food in your mouth before taking more or taking a drink.

    ★Break bread and rolls with your fingers not with your knife.

    ★If you get some food stuck between your teeth, do not use toothpicks or napkins to deal with the food at the table. __________ go to the bathroom and take it out.
