The winter holiday is usually a good time to sleep in. But Gao Yuqi, a 14-year-old boy, got up at 7 a.m. to run at least 2 kilometres every day during the holiday. In fact, this exercise was part of his homework during the winter holiday.

It is a big challenge for many students, but helps to make exercise a big part of their lives. Many of the students used to hate exercise, but now they are getting stronger and can run for a longer time or do more push-ups or sit-ups. Many of the students think they have built a strong mind through exercise and this will also help them a lot when they study.
