Time banking was invented in 1980 by an American professor of Law. Now in our community，time banking will be carried out. In my opinion，such a project has many advantages. It can bring people in a community closer together. What's more, It encourages people to do more volunteer work as everybody has some skills which are useful to others. As for me，I would like to join it. I am patient with children and I can take care of kids when their parents are busy. If I would ask for help in return，I would have someone to practice speaking English with me.

I am looking forward to having such a project in my community.
