    Do you often use computers? Do you know they can be bad for some parts of your body? Computer injuries(伤害)do not happen suddenly, but slowly. Now let's learn to use a com­puter safely.

    Your eyes

    Your eyes should be at least 50 cm from the screen. Remember to look away from it sometimes. This gives your eyes a rest.
