    　　John Brown is an office worker. He lives in Washington（华盛顿）in America. When he was 23 years old, he inherited（继承）$1,000,000. So he became a very rich man. His friends said he was so lucky that they didn't believe that it was true. But John Brown didn't feel very happy.
