         Healthy Eating Healthy eating is important to us. What and how should we eat to be healthy?
         First, we must have enough food, never too much or too little. The food must be clean and we should
    cook it properly.

    as rice, bread, meat, fish, eggs, milk and vegetables. Rice and bread give us energy. Meat, fish, eggs and milk

    Everybody can suffer from stress(压力). No matter what your age is, you can feel stressed out by things that are happening in your life.
