    It’s very important for people of any age to get help when they have sadness. If they get help from others, they can get better quickly. Sometimes talking about what makes you sad can help the sad feeling melt away(消失). (3)There is always somebody to talk with when you are sad. Sometimes thinking can help melt away sadness. Sometimes both of these things can be useful.
