Take a sleeping bag and sleeping mat(垫子). Check the weather! Are you going somewhere cold or hot? You can buy sleeping bags of different thickness.
Make sure you bring the right clothes. If you want to go hiking, you will need a pair of walking boots, light trousers, and a waterproof(防水的)coat. A map and compass(指南针)are helpful too.

A teen might join in a volunteer project because his or her friends are doing it, or get good grades because his or her friends think getting good grades is important. In fact, friends often encourage each other to study, or try out for sports.
