Stay active and cool
Experts say teenagers should get at least 60 minutes daily exercise most days of the week. Summer is a great time to enjoy outdoor activities and play.If you’re near water,try water sports like swimming, surfing and water skiing.
Keep away from the sun
If you are going outside. keep away from the sun when it's strong, usually between 11: 00 am and 3:00 pm. Put on a hat and a pair of sunglasses. Apply sunscreen(防晒霜) and don' t get sunburned.
Eat fresh and colorful food
What is healthy to eat in summer? Fresh and light food. You can eat more fish in summer.
