Thirty-five percent of students will talk about their stress to their teachers, forty percent of students will talk to their friends, only fifteen percent of students talk to their parents but only ten percent of students talk to nobody. For me, I like to tell my friends about the pressure, because we are all the same age, they sometimes feel the same as us .and we can communicate with and understand each other easily. But as a student, we should learn to relieve stress.

First of all, we should properly face the pressure.Stress is everywhere in our daily life, so we can't be afraid of them and try our best to deal with them. Secondly, we can listen to light music or do some proper sports, which can let us relax. Finally, believe in yourself. We should believe in ourselves. We can deal with any trouble with the help of ourselves or others.

Stress is everywhere and we must face the pressure properly.
