¡¾´ð°¸¡¿Good morning, children!
As a volunteer from Shanghai Disneyland, I'd like to say something about the park and tell you how to behave well in it.
The Disneyland is in the east of Shanghai. You can get there by underground. It's made up of six theme parks. You can join in different kinds of activities there, suchas enjoying wonderful musicals or plays. Also, there're lots of nice presents in the shopping area for you to choose. At night, you can watch fireworks.
However, it's important to behave well in the park. Littering isn't allowed. You should keep the park clean. Remember to wait for your turn anytime. Moreover, it's impolite to shout loudly in public.
The park is worth your visit. I hope you will have fun.

China's introduction of the two-child policy has caused worry that the change will further make the shortage of pediatricians (¶ù¿ÆÒ½Éú) worse.
The number of pediatricians in China dropped from 105,000 to around 100,000 within five years, according to China's public health statistical (ͳ¼ÆµÄ) yearbook in 2015. On average, there are only 43 doctors per 100,000 children.
Wang Baoxi, a pediatrician with the Shaanxi branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, told Xinhua that situation was even worse in smaller cities and counties. In Weinan City, which is about 70 kilometers away from Shaanxi's capital Xi¡¯an, they only had 17 doctors to care for 100,000 children.
The Lingnan branch of No.3 Hospital Affiliated (¸½ÊôµÄ) with Sun Yat-sen University posted a notice telling people emergency treatment services in the pediatric department were canceled due to lack of doctors. "Since the department was finished in 2011, we have employed eight doctors. Four left in the following years,¡± said Shan Yutao, who works in the hospital's medical management office.
The shortage of pediatricians has made it difficult for parents. Low salary, high pressure and high risk are the main causes behind people's reluctance (²»ÇéÔ¸) to become pediatricians.
According to the National Health and Family Planning Commission, 90 million Chinese women are allowed to have a second child under the two-child policy, which took effect on Jan. 1, 2016.
An Haiyan, an official with the Shaanxi provincial health and family planning commission, suggested that more attention be paid to pediatric departments in hospitals, and pediatricians be given subsidy (²¹Ìù) for their work.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ People have seen the colorful shared bikes (¹²Ïíµ¥³µ) in the city streets around China for two years. People can rent (×âÓÃ) them with a smart phone app and then park anywhere they choose. To relieve (¼õÉÙ) traffic jams and air pollution, many cities have introduced bike-sharing services. But sometimes, dreams are not so perfect.
It is true that it is convenient for people to go out by shared bike. As shared bikes become more popular, problems showed up. According to news reports, users treated shared bikes badly. After people used the bikes, some of them just threw them onto streets and even into the ditches (Ë®¹µ). Some people stole the bikes or locked them up in chains (Á´Ìõ). A month ago, the police fined a man in Shanghai 1,000 yuan, because he stole a shared bike.
Besides, the damage to the QR codes (¶þάÂë) on the bikes has brought huge losses to bike-sharing companies, like Mobike (Ħ°Ýµ¥³µ). If the QR code is bad, people cannot use the bike anymore. It can take several hundred yuan for the company workers to find a lost bike and repair it. Mobike has 100 credit scores for each user. Once the score drops to below 80, bike rental (×â½ð) will go up five yuan per 30 minutes.
However, punishment may not be the best way to stop shared bikes from being stolen or damaged. Bike-sharing services will work better only if people follow the rules and show respect for the bikes.
