    A teacher walked around a room while teaching stress management (压力管理). She held a glass of water and asked, “How heavy is this glass of water?” Answers shouted from 8 oz (盎司) to 20 oz.

    It's important to remember to let go of your stresses. Put all your worries down as early in the evening as you can. Don’t carry them through the evening and into the night.
