Another goal is to make it cheaper for people to live in the downtown area (中心区). Doing this will reduce traffic and pollution in the city.

The newspaper reporter interviewed the boy. He asked the boy if he would show him his scars. The boy said to the reporter proudly, “Look at my arms. I have great scars on my arms. I have them because my mum wouldn’t let go.”
