【答案】The city of Ningbo is creating a civilized city and Yinzhou District is also trying hard to make a contribution to it. As we all know, Yinzhou District has changed a lot since five years ago.

As for civilized riding, people used to ride electric bikes or bikes in wrong ways, and some of them even rode on when the traffic light was red. Some people didn't pay attention to the traffic rules, so traffic accidents happened often. However, things have changed now. We ride electric bikes with helmets to stay safe. If we don't follow the traffic rules, we may be fined. What's more, passers-by don't go across roads when the traffic light is red.

In my view, we must follow traffic rules, ride slowly, walk carefully. Be civilized people!
