As we all know , good health is more important than wealth. How should we keep healthy? I think we should have a good eating habit, live in a clean environment and keep active. These are very necessary for our health. First, we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat every day. Drinking enough water is a good habit. Second, open the windows or door to keep the air fresh. We should keep our bodies and the environment clean. Don’t throw litter about. Third, taking a lot of exercises is good for us.

In a word, health is very important to us. If we try to do so, we will be healthy.
