If I Were A Teacher I Would Try to Communicate with My Students Well           A good teacher is a beacon(灯塔) in his or her students' hearts（心）.And every student wants to meet a good teacher in his study and life .If I were a teacher ,I would try to communicate with my students . I would be friendly to my students and make friends with them. I would not say I was not like this or that at this age .I would allowed them to develop their hobbies, such as listening to pop music ,playing ball games ,watching action movies ,choosing their own clothes ,etc. If I were a teacher , I would given them less homework and encourage them to have more fun after school . The most important thing is that I would set a good example(榜样）for them and win their respect(尊重）.
