    Firstly， In the reading room ,we must keep slience and do somg thinking. We should provide some help to the man that need help, and we should not to speak loudly. It is very impolite to everyone. We should keep the reading room clean ,because it is a public to us. Everyone shoud keep quiet in the reading room. And you can't eat anything or throw the rubbish on the ground. Music, singing and smoking are not permitted.
    Secondly，there must be lots of books in the reading room，if we have some interesting books，we can donate them to the library. At the same time，our government should pay much money on the building of libraries.

    It seems to be strange to you there is a blind spot (盲点)on the eyes. Here is an interesting experiment (实验) that can make something disappear(消失) when one eye is open.
    Make a card which is as big as a postcard, and write two English letters L and R on it. Write L on the left and R on the right.     It takes your body at least 20 minutes to “tell” your brain that you are full, so fast eaters usually eat more than people who eat slowly.
    The solution: Try to slow down. Try eating at least some of your meals without TV, hand phones or computers. Use a plate or bowl when you eat.
    Bad habit 4:
    Healthy snacks (小吃) between meals are fine. But when you snack instead of having real meals, you will not eat your meals regularly. And snack foods such as chips and sweets aren’t very healthy. That makes it easy to overeat.
    The solution: To get more energy, allow yourself two healthy snacks a day. Choose snacks that will make you feel full. Try fruit, yogurt or nuts.
