    15．A few years ago Braun was a college student．When he visited India，a boy on the street got close to him and asked for money．Braun asked him what he would want if he could have anything in the world．He thought the answer was going to be‘a house'or‘a car'，but his answer was‘a pencil'．So Braun gave the boy his own pencil and he just smiled happily．He realized that the boy had never been to school before．In fact，57 million poor children around the world couldn't go to school．
      After graduation，Braun became a successful businessman，but he never forgot that boy．In 2008，he built Pencils of Promise．It is an organization to help children to receive education．Braun spread the word about his goal and collected money．He used the money to build the first Pencils of Promise school in Laos（老挝） five years ago．Since then，Braun's organization has built 206 schools，helping more than 22，000children in Africa，Asia and South America．
