In my opinion, We need healthy food rather than junk food or fast food. Hamburgers and french fries are the common examples of junk food. Although they taste delicious, they don't have enough nutrients. Bread, rice, fruit, or vegetables, are the common examples of the healthy food. They have a large amount of nutrients which provide you energy, and keep you away from diseases.

Anyway, we should eat a healthy diet. we should eat healthy food and have good eating habits, which mean we should eat the food on time and the food should be good for our health.
