Question

My wife,daughter and I moved into our home nine years ago. We spent a lot of time

and energy in the yard making it (56)c_ and  beautiful.

Last summer I went to our garden and found a very small little (57)p_,but I

didn’t know what it was. I knew I hadn’t planted it and my wife said that she hadn’t，

(58)e_.    We decided to let it (59)g_until  we   could  find out what it was.

Weeks passed and the mystery plant appeared to be a sunflower. It was skinny(瘦小 的）（60)w_  a  tall weak stalk (莲）and only one head on it. As I moved stones

(61) a_from   the area to get to the weeds (野草），I saw something

(62) u_.  The sunflower had not started (63)w_ I  saw the stalk begin. It

actually had begun under a big stone and grown under and around it to get the sun.

That’s when I (64)r_ that  if  a tiny little sunflower didn’t let a big rock stand

in its way,we too are able to do the same thing. If we believe in (65)o_,  we  can

find the sun,no matter how difficult.

Stand tall like the sunflower and be proud of who and what you are and the environment will begin to support you. You will find a way to go under or around your big obstacle(障碍）so that you can reach your goals.
