Eyes are the windows of our hearts. We can’t see the colorful world without them. It’s very important for everyone of us to protect our eyes. Firstly，we mustn t read books or newspapers too long. Secondly, we mustn’t read in too strong or weak light. Thirdly, we should do eye exercises every day. Fourthly, we shouldn’t watch TV or surf the Internet for too long. We should look out of the window to relax our eyes after work.
