If you do not use your arms or your legs for some time, they will become weak, when you start using them again, they slowly become strong again. Everybody knows that. Do you know how to study better and make your study more effective (有效率的)? We all know that Chinese students usually study very hard for long hours. This is very good .But it doesn’t help a lot, because an efficient student must have enough sleep, enough food, enough rest and exercise. Every day you need to go out for a walk or visit some friends or some places. It’s good for your study.

When you return to your study, your mind will be refreshed and you’ll learn more and study better. Psychologists (心理学家) have found that learning takes place in this way.
