The solar system has eight planets. The planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The Planets are all round, like balls. The planets all go around the sun.
Mercury is the closest to the sun. It is very hot on Mercury. The planets that are far away from the sun are very cold. Venus is between Mercury and the Earth. My son Joey was born with club feet (畸形足). The doctors told us he would be able to walk normally ---but would never run very well. When the coach posted the names of the team members, Joey was number six on the list. Joey had made the team. He was in seventh grade – the other six team members were all eighth-graders. We never told him he couldn’t do it... so he didn’t know. He just did it.
