Dear Tony,
As you know, China is a great country with a long history. You are supposed to shake hands when you meet someone for the first time. You are supposed to eat something with chopsticks instead of a fork , a knife. And you should sit at a table , holding a bowl of rice to eat. What¡¯s more, it¡¯s rude to stick the chopsticks into the food. It¡¯s also impolite to point at anyone with your
chopsticks. The table manners in China is quite different from that in America. Don¡¯t get nervous.
You will get used to it soon.
Best wishes!
Yours.
Li Hua
