    It was the last day of final exams in a university. On the steps of one building, a group of engineering students were discussing the exam. On their faces was confidence .     .British people are famous for drinking tea. But brother and sister, Sarah and Bobby Green, became young millionaires when they opened a chain of American-style coffee shops in the UK.
