    Watermelon Ice-cream
    You will need：
    Watermelon，
    1spoon of sugar，
    1/3cup of lemon juice，
    rum，food blender，
    ice-cream maker，dessert bowls，toppings
    1．Cut up watermelon；
    2．Puree（搅成泥） the watermelon in the food blender；
    3．Cook the puree with sugar；
    4．Mix together the lemon juice，therum，the sugar and watermelon．
    5．Put in the fridge until it is cold．
    6．Freeze the watermelon mixture in the ice-cream maker．

    1．Mix together the milk，sugar，cornstarch，egg yolks，and the salt；
    2．Place the bowl in the water．Cook until the mixture is thick，about 10minutes．
    3．Cut up the bananas，and then put them on a plate．Pour the hot pudding mixture over the bananas and cover the bananas well．
    4．Cover the pudding with plastic wrap and then place it in the fridge，at least 1hour．
    5．Eat with cookies and cream．
