He mixed his idea with the traditional cooking skills and recreated the snacks in the Red Mansion Banquet style, which is designed to present the theme and background of A Dream of the Red Mansions(红楼梦).These masters have been abroad many times to show their skills in making Huaiyang-style pastry.
