    The Chinese Spring Festival usually makes two records: the most people who watch the Spring Festival Gala and the busiest telecommunications network(通信网络).

A survey showed that about one fourth of 7,854 respondents(受访者) said before the Spring Festival they would use Weixin to send greetings.

    However, paying a visit in person and sending short messages are still the most popular choices for New Year greetings.
