【答案】Everyone has his or her favorite outdoor activities. I enjoy running so much because it makes me keep fit and have an excellent figure. Now, plogging is spreading all over the world. What’s plogging? Put simply, plogging is the act of cleaning up trash while running. Every Sunday I wear plastic gloves and carry a garbage bag when I run along the river. I can easily clean up trash such as plastic bottles, cans and so on . . I feel even better after returning from a run when I can do something that’s good for myself and my community. Plogging shows how we are making the world a better place with a simple task. Everyone should be an environmental protection guard and take action to keep our home clean . To protect the earth is to protect ourselves.
