    You experience and create all kinds of different energies that decide how you feel and what you do in your day. The things you say, think or do all produce energy that influences (影响) you and the people around you. If you work on creating more positive energy (正能量),you'll see improvements in your life and you'll touch more lives than you thought.

    Energy comes in different forms, but all lead to some kind of reaction (反应) within us .Often, when I wake up I open the curtains(窗帘) to let the sunshine into the room. This is a great way to become energized in the morning. If it's raining, instead of letting it trouble me, I will find the good in it. I will be positive about the rain and look for the beauty in it. Whatever the weather, I fully enjoy the moment. So everything is beautiful energy.

    The reason why we should focus on positive energy is that it is contagious(有感染力的).When you often take in the positive energy from people around you, it will be seen in the outer world.

    My good friend Alex is perhaps the best example of this. He always goes to school with a bright smile on his face. He loves being close to nature and fully understands the beauty around him. He confidently keeps working towards his goal without worrying about whether he will succeed or not. I couldn't begin to tell you how many times people have told me stories about Alex making their day, or making them smile or simply making them feel good. Everyone loves being around him and they feed off his energy.

    Some people think that positive energy is not easy to have, however, it's something we create in our day-to-day activities. If music is the easiest way for you to get energy, you can close your eyes to fully enjoy it. If being in nature is something that energizes you, try spending a little more time outdoors. When you create positive energy, it influences everything and everyone around you .In this way, we play a much larger part in the bigger picture than we realize.
