Zhang Yan, 13, from Hengyang, understands the point well. She said, “ I put my phone out of my sight when I am studying. I also set a time limit (限制) about 20 minutes when I use it. I follow these rules so the smart phone doesn’t affect my life badly .”

Today, roller skating is easy and fun. But before 1750, no one has the idea of skating. That changed because of a man named Joseph Merlin. Merlin's work was making musical instruments.
One day Merlin received an invitation to attend a music party. He was very pleased and a little excited.
