Parents always ask,“How can I get my child to eat fruit and vegetables?” One answer is to teach your children to fill their bodies with color.Fruits and vegetables come in so many beautiful colors.Every different color is good for us.
Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables such as sweet potatoes and oranges are healthy.They have many kinds of vitamins(维生素),such as Vitamins A,B and C.
Dark green foods like spinach(菠菜)are very healthy.
