Last week I visited my friend Pete in the new home. Pete usually spend his holidays travelling around the world, visiting different cities or watching animals in Africa. Now he prefers(更喜欢) to spend his holidays and weekends making his house look more beautiful. Like hundreds of thousands of other British people, he has found the joy of DIY.
