Dear Mr. Smith,

I know you’re crazy about Chinese calligraphy. It so happens that our school intends to hold the new year calligraphy exhibition to celebrate the new year. I’m honored to inform you that the exhibition is fixed on February 8 through February 12, 2017.

The calligraphy works collected from both students and teachers amount to more than three hundred. All the works will be exhibited on the fifth floor of the Student Activity Center. You’re invited to have a good taste of Chinese culture if you are available. I’m convinced that it will leave you a deep impression and make your visit worthwhile.
