Dear editor,

I’m a Senior Two student in a high school. I am writing to tell you about some symptoms of anxiety among us students before exams. Some students feel nervous whenever we’re taking an important exam. Some will suffer from lack of sleep, and some will lose their appetite. All these symptoms have terrible effects on our exams.

In order to get rid of them, first, we should have a right attitude towards exams. Second, making careful plans for every exam is helpful. What’s more, we should not stay up too late during the period of exams, because enough sleep can make us energetic. Finally, we can also try a warm bath or a cup of warm milk before going to bed, helping us to have a sound sleep.
