W: OK. The ad says it's close to the shopping center and the train station. How far are they?

M: It's probably about a ten-minute walk to the shops and five minutes to the train station, so it's not far from anything.

W: Oh good. What size are the bedrooms?

M: There are two bedrooms and they're both medium size. Ah they're both very sunny rooms.

W: OK. Is there a garden?

M: There is only a small area where you can hang your washing, but no garden. You can go and have a look if you want.

W: OK. That's fine.

W: Susan White.

M: OK, Susan, I'll be down there at 5:30. So you can have a look.

When I was a child, I spent more than ten years learn the violin. Therefore, I couldn’t understand ＂real music＂. After I graduated at high school, a friend of mine suggested that we started to learn the guitar because we all thought it was cool.
