【答案】(1)诗人塑造了一把最初意外受到器重、终被束缚与抛弃的古琴形象。人们用良材做成一把高贵的古琴，而琴欲为高张之曲，却被人反弹成了“下调”。

(2)①借物喻人。诗人以琴自喻，抒写了他自己平生虽然勤修励学、努力向上却遭遇坎坷波折而不能自持自主的悲愤之情。②对比描摹。颈联中“缓疏节”与“弄繁丝”的对比，以及尾联中“高张引”与“下调悲”的对比等，传神地描摹了琴的遭遇。

He created a foundation to provide poor children with not only soccer balls but also a promising future.

Next time you play your favorite game or sport, think about why you enjoy it, what skills are needed, and whether these skills will help you in other aspects of your life.
