    Last weekend our school hold a sports meeting. Knowing it was my last high school sports meeting, we decided to make it a unforgettable experience for all of us. We first attended the opening parade, for our class had made a lot of preparations. Our parade took up the shape of the letter “V”, indicated victory for ourselves. To our excitement, our parade performance was a great success. Before the parade, the games started. My classmates attended various event and their performances were very impressively. Finally, the result was announced. It was amazing that our class won the second place. I believe this sports meeting will be remain a precious memory for all of us as time goes by.

    When I am a child, I always wished to become an adult so that I could do all what I liked. I have to take the charge of my life and face challenges bravely. Now I am determined to work hardly and go to college so that I can have a bright future.

    Yesterday morning I became the first to come to classroom, and to my surprising, I found my bench broken. As there was everybody around at that time, I immediately changed bench with Li Kang, of whose seat was just behind mine. Five minutes late, Li Kang came in. Seen the broken bench, he could do nothing but stand listening to the teacher during the first class. When the class over, he carried it out and began to repair it by himself.     In the past my hometown was used to be a beautiful place. Thick trees and green grass could be seen in everywhere. In order to build house and grow more crops, people cut down more and more trees. With time went on, the whole forest was almost destroyed. Gradually the green hills have changed into wasteland. As a result, sandstorms struck us now and then, which we suffer a lot. But I do hope all the people should realize the terribly result of not caring about our environment. What's more, they should take good care of the forests and plant trees instead cutting them down to improve our living conditions.

    Music and songs play a important part in our daily life. For example, it can bring us pleasure and make us happy. Besides, they can help us improve our study and working efficiency. I fond of listening to songs and music very much, but my favorite song is Country Road. The lyrics and music bring me into a beautiful world in that I am loved and cared by Grandma. What's more, they make me think of my wonderful childhood was spent in my hometown and I can still remember the game played with my young fellow. In a word, once enjoying, the song will never be forgotten.
