    grammar and using the rules to get your message across,to talk to someone in English,as quickly
    and well as you can,even though sometimes you may use a wrong word or tense,but it doesn't
    matter because the person you are speaking to will understand you and make allowances for any
    mistakes he hears.
         The third reason is that not enough attention is paid to listening.You have one mouth but two
    ears! All that hearing is necessary for you to start speaking.
         Fourth,most Chinese students are reactive rather than proactive language learners.Instead of
    actively seeking out opportunities to improve their spoken English they passively wait for speaking
    opportunities to come to them and wonder why their English always remains poor.If you have
    this proactive outlook,then,you will see English opportunities wherever you go.
         If you do not use your English beyond the classroom you will forget that English you know.
    Remember:USE IT OR LOSE IT! You can learn how to speak English better by speaking
    English more.

          Telepathy is the ability to communicate without the use of the five senses. It's an instinct which can be
    woken up in times of emergency or need. When we feel that something is happening or about to happen by
    instinct, we're using resources within the unconscious (无意识的) mind. When the resources of two persons'
    unconscious minds link together into the same frequency (频率), we call it telepathy.
           We can either send or receive telepathy. If you know who is calling before you answer the ringing phone,
    you are probably a good receiver. If you think of a person and he/she calls you, you are most likely to be better

          You can easily put your ability to the test. Thinking of somebody and wish him or her to contact (联系)
    you. Be patient. The other person may not be a good receiver, but they should contact you much earlier than

    but try to feel it with your mind. However, if neither of these works for you, that doesn't mean that you have
    no ability of telepathy. As mentioned earlier, telepathy is most likely to turn up in case of emergency.
          Telepathy dreams often contain telepathic messages. Two people may both dream of the other and find
    that their dreams have a clear connection. These people are probably linking to each other's unconscious mind. 
          Telepathy & relationship. The more people spend time together, the more likely they are to be able to link
    up to the other's mind, especially when separated. There are two reasons for this. One is that they understand
    the other's mind through time spent together; the other is that there is usually a strong desire to communicate.
    A mother will often sense that her child is in danger. This is due to the child's eagerly wanting his or her
    mother, knowing that this is the person who would always want to be there for them, and the mother's deep

         Going to school means learning new skills and facts in such subjects as reading, math, science, history, art or music. Teachers teach and students learn, and many scientists are interested in finding ways to
    improve both the teaching and learning processes.
         Some researchers, such as Sian Beilock and Susan Levine, are trying to learn about learning. Beilock
    and Levine are psychologists at the University of Chicago. Psychologists study the ways people think and behave, and these researchers want to know how a person's thoughts and behavior are related.
         In a new study about the way kids learn math in elementary school, Beilock and Levine found a
    surprising relationship between what female teachers think and what female students learn: If a female
    teacher is uncomfortable with her own math skills, then her female students are more likely to believe that
    boys are better than girls at math.
         "If these girls keep getting math-anxious female teachers in later grades, it may create a snowball
    effect on their math achievement    ," Levine told Science News. The study suggests that if these girls
    grow up believing that boys are better at math than girls are, then these girls may not do as well as they
    would have if they were more confident.
         Just as students find certain subjects to be difficult, teachers can find certain subjects to be difficult to
    learn-and teach. The subject of math can be particularly difficult for everyone. Researchers use the word
    "anxiety" to describe such feelings: anxiety is uneasiness or worry. (Many people, for example, have
    anxiety about going to the dentist because they're worried about pain.)
         The new study found that when a teacher has anxiety about math, that feeling can influence how her
    female students feel about math. The study involved 65 girls, 52 boys and 17 first- and second-grade
    teachers in elementary schools in the Midwest. The students took math achievement tests at the beginning
    and end of the school year, and the researchers compared the scores.
         The researchers also gave the students tests to tell whether the students believed that a math superstar
    had to be a boy. Then the researchers turned to the teachers: To find out which teachers were anxious
    about math, the researchers asked the teachers how they felt at times when they came across math, such
    as when reading a sales receipt. A teacher who got nervous looking at the numbers on a sales receipt, for
    example, was probably anxious about math.
         Boys, on average, were unaffected by a teacher's anxiety. On average, girls with math-anxious
    teachers scored lower on the end-of-the-year math tests than other girls in the study did. Plus, on the test
    showing whether someone thought a math superstar had to be a boy, 20 girls showed feeling that boys
    would be better at math-and all of these girls had been taught by female teachers who had math anxiety.
          According to surveys done before this one, college students who want to become elementary school
    teachers have the highest levels of anxiety about math. Plus, nine of every 10 elementary teachers are
    women, Levine said.
         This study was small, and it's often difficult to see large patterns in small studies, David Geary told
    Science News. Geary, a psychologist at the University of Missouri in Columbia, studies how children
    learn math. "This is an interesting study, but the results need to be interpreted as preliminary and in need
    of replication with a larger sample," Geary said. That means that the results are just showing something
    that might be happening, but more studies should be done. If more studies find the same trend as this one,
    then it's possible that a teacher's anxiety over math really is affecting her female students.

         Jennifer Burney from Stanford University in California led the study.The research team
    helped build three solarpowered drip irrigation (滴灌) systems in northern Benin.Between
    30 and 35 women used each system to pump water from the ground or a stream.Each
    woman was responsible for farming her own 120 square meters of land.They also farmed
    other land collectively.
         The solarpowered irrigation systems produced an average of nearly two tons of vegetables
    per month.During the first year,the women kept a monthly average of almost nine kilograms
    of vegetables for home use.They sold the surplus produce at local markets.The earnings
    greatly increased their ability to buy food during the dry season which can last six to nine
    months.People in the two villages with the systems were able to eat three to five more
    servings of vegetables per day.But making the surplus available at markets also had a wider
    effect.
         The study compared the villages with two others where women farmed with traditional
    methods like carrying water in buckets.The amount of vegetables eaten in those villages also
    increased,though not as much.The researchers note that only four percent of the cropland in
    SubSaharan Africa is irrigated.Using solar power to pump water has higher costs at first.But
    the study says it can be more economical in the long term than using fuels like gasoline,diesel
    or kerosene.And solar power is environmentally friendly.
