    How to keep mental health

    As we know, mental health links to our happiness index. However, it’s vital to keep our mental health. Here are some advice on how to do it.

    Firstly, accept yourself true. Knowing your own potentials and making practical goal instead of setting high expectations can keep yourself away from heavy burden, thus enjoy good mental health. Secondly, be friendly and sociable. Life with friends is miserable. So make friends. It’s their comfort and support which help you go through hardship in life. Lastly, commit yourself to your career. Your efforts bring you a sense of achievement, which will in turn ensure your happiness.

    In a brief, it pays to focus our attention on our mental health. The more, the best!

    As a student, I have taken a great many of exams. Whether I have been good prepared or not, I will keep calm and confidently. That is because I know the purpose of exams is to find out the knowledges we can’t understand. Therefore, there was a time when I was afraid of exams. I was afraid that I couldn’t get high marks or fail the exam, I would be laughed at by others. Later, my teacher, she realized my problem, had the face-to-face talk with me.     Last Sunday, I accompanied two of my foreign friends, Tom and Mary, around Chengdu so that they could get a feeling of the amazed city. We began by touring Kuan Zhai Alley that is known for its traditional Chinese architecture. I know the area very good so I acted as their tour guide. For lunch, I tried some Chengdu fried sauce noodles. Tom thought that they were in particularly delicious. Soon before lunch, we went to the Research Base of Giant Panda to pay a visit to the pandas. Both Mary and Tom fall in love with the lovely pandas. We finished off the day by going shopping, and they bought some paper cuts as souvenir. It was fantastic day and I hope they will come to Chengdu again.
