First, take a nap in the middle of day, about eight hours after you wake up. Next, a 20-minute nap is best. If you sleep longer, you may fall into a deep sleep. After waking from a deep sleep, you will feel worse. Also, you should set an alarm clock . That way, you can fully relax during your nap. You won’t have to keep looking at the clock so you don’t oversleep.

Their troubles include being worried and very unhappy, and having problems in learning and getting on well with people. Many students who have problems won’t go for advice(劝告)or help . Some think they will look stupid if they go to see a doctor. Others don’t want to talk about their secret.
Liang Yuezhu , an expert on teenagers from Beijing Anding Hospital has the following advice for teenagers.
1). Talk to your parents or teachers often.
2). Take part in group activities and play sports.
3). Go to see a doctor if you feel unhappy or unwell.

Puffer Fish
Puffer Fish, found in all Japanese seas, have very interesting features. They are very easy to catch but must not be eaten because their flesh and organs contain a poison. Anyone who does eat the flesh can become sick very quickly. They may even stop breathing.
The Blue Bottle
The Blue Bottle is found in most Caribbean waters. Blue Bottles float lightly on the surface of the water but their tentacles (触须) can be as long as 10 metres. Blue Bottles are much less dangerous than some other jellyfish but they can give a swimmer a bad sting (刺) if the swimmer accidentally touches them.
Stingrays
There are many different kinds of stingrays in Mauritius waters. They usually swim and feed on the bottom of the sea. Accidents can happen if people stand on them or try to pick them up. Stingrays have a sting on their tail. These stings have poison on them. If someone is stung the wound can easily become infected.

Many people have contributed to the Olympic Games. At the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, the People’s Republic of China returned to the Games after the 32 years of absence. Deng Yaping, who won four Olympic gold medals in 1992 and 1996 and became an IOC member in 2000, is perhaps the greatest female table tennis player the world has ever seen. At the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Liu Xiang excited people all over Asia when he became the first Asian to win the gold medal in the men’s 110-meet hurdles. Another superstar I would like to mention is Michael Jordan. At the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, Jordan won his second Olympic gold medal as part of the so-called “Dream Team” of NBA players.
