Time is valuable but limit．There’s a famous saying, “Time is life”, this shows the importance of time．When time has gone, it will never return．It is a pity when many people make poor use of time．They spend their precious time over sleeping, drinking and hanging around．They don’t realize wasting time is equal with wasting part of their life．They always regret having made little achievement as far．Therefore, we should form the habit of value time．Do not put off what can be done today tomorrow．Laziness will not only bring us failure, but lead us on the road to poverty and even deaths.

When 24-year-old Hannah Brencher moved to New York after college，she was hit by loneliness. One day she felt so that she want to reach out to someone. And so she put pen to paper and started writing letters-letters to complete .

It’s the sort of stuff that most people don’t really say out loud even to the people they ，let alone a total stranger.
Brencher’s initiative(初衷) has now .There are more than 10,000 people who join in all over the world. Last year，she gave a talk. In it，she talked about a university student who dropped letters around her campus，only to suddenly everyone was writing them and there were love letters hanging from the trees.
It’s a very cute idea. I know that if I was on the end of a letter like that，it almost certainly would put a on my face. So I decided to give it a try and see if I could do the same for someone else.

Many people which smoke say that smoking helps them to think better. But I strongly against smoking. First, smoking is harmfully to one’s health. People who smoke may die of different illnesses and disease. Second, smoking polluted the air. People find them impossible to work well in a room full of smoke. Third, smoking wastes of much money. It’s said that millions of dollars are spent treating diseases causing by smoking. To sum up, smoking does more harm than good. However, students should not pick up a habit of smoking.

Frank Woolworth was born in Rodman, New York., in 1852. His family were very poor farmers, and there was never enough to eat. Frank decided he did not want to be farmer. He took a short business course, and went to work as a salesman in a large city.

Breaking swimming records is nothing new to Ms．Nagaoka．So far she has broken 25 records．But she began competing when she was much younger—at 88.
Ms．Nagaoka sufferred a knee injury in her 80s，so she began swimming to help her body recover．Since her first international swimming competition，she hasn’t looked back，except maybe to see if her competition is catching up．

It creates conditions for the poor children to go back to school. In my opinion, Project Hope is of great importance to the development of the rural education.
When we read news of China in the west, rarely, if ever, will we see anything mentioned of the positive changes China has gone through. While it is true that economic miracles have not reached many areas of China, but we also have the same problems.
