　　I am Li Hua from Class Six,Grade Three.In order to create a vavorable network environment,I think we should be civilized Netizens.Therefor,first we should only visit useful websites and refuse harmful information.Second,we ought to make good use of our time and not to become addicted to the Net.Third,we should be friendly to our e-plas and we shouldn't agree to meet strangers in case we may get cheated.Fourth,we should respect each other and other's privacy.
