Poor eyesight causes problems in our life and makes studying difficult. For example,we can't swim without glasses. We can't become pilots. So it’s important to protect our eyesight. First,we should relax after studying for hours. Second,we should do eye exercis.es every day. Third,we shouldn't watch TV or play computer games too much.
