1John Snow were determined to help ordinary people ______ (expose) to Cholera.

2Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had their wedding ______ (announce) on Monday.

3______ (experience) quite a few earthquakes already, I did not panic.

4It was the giant panda cub Xiang Xiang ______ attracted many visitors to the zoo.

5Your support will certainly make ______ difference to our cause.

1exposed

2announced

3Having experienced

4that

5a

make a difference有影响,有关系,故答案为a。

强调句

1. It is/was...that/who...

e.g. It was yesterday that he met Li Ping.

e.g. Was it yesterday that he met Li Ping?

(3)特殊疑问句的强调句型:被强调部分(通常是疑问代词或疑问副词)+is/was+it+that/who+其它部分?e.g. When and where was it that you were born?

2. not...until...

It is/was not until+被强调部分+that+其它部分:

e.g. 普通句:He didn't go to bed until/till his wife came back.

It was not until his wife came back that he went to bed.

如:Do come early. He did send you a letter last week.
