    18．We often think that our affairs，great or small，must be tended continuously and in detail，or our world will fall apart，and we will lose our places in the universe．That is not true，or if it were true，our situations would be so temporary that they would have disappeared anyway．

    Every person needs to take one day away，a day in which one consciously separates the past from the future．Jobs，family，employers，and friends can exist one day without any one of us．Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are dealt with，no solutions searched for．Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us．
